Pick-up & Delivery

Pick-up and delivery of dictation and completed transcription is now easier and safer. We have an in-house 24-hour dictation system available within the 360 area code and in other areas of Western Washington with a 1-800 number.

We also have a computer server where you can send your voice files and pickup your completed transcription, in a safe (SSL) environment, making this HIPAA compliant.

(We have always maintained strict confidentiality, even before HIPAA.)

Turnaround

We strive to provide the fastest turn around time possible. This provides you with better patient care and reduces the level of stress on our staff. Our dictation equipment allows you to prioritize the dictation you would like to have transcribed first.

Normal turn around is 24 hours with a maximum of 72 hours, depending upon the amount of dictation we have received. We will guarantee 24-hour or less turn around for a higher line charge.
