Rates

Charge is by the line for all medical related transcription. We use a standard 65-character line, but will make adjustments to this as necessary to accommodate individual office charts and letterhead. We will work with each client to select the format which best suits their needs.

Line charge starts at $0.13 per line. We do not do any "tricky" character counting so you do not quite know what you are paying for your transcription. We charge for gross lines. What you see is what you pay for.

Charge for non-medical transcription is by the page and starts at $10.50 per page.

Discounts

If your total invoice exceeds $2000.00 and your payment is received by the date indicated on the invoice, you will receive a 1 percent Prompt Payment Discount off the next month's invoice. Over one year, this is a total of 12 percent off your entire transcription cost, which is a significant savings.

We also offer a referral discount of 1 percent to an existing client who refers a new client.

If you are a new client and mention this website, you will receive a 1 percent discount off your first invoice.

Other Services

We provide electronic transfer of files through our secure server. Each client is provided a user name and password to enter their personal transcription and voice file site. We are able to convert files to many different formats, including text and Word, to better upload into your office system.

If you still require printed material, we will do this and send it via the postal service.

We will not transfer files via email, as this is not a safe file transfer platform.
